Dr. Bell joined Maine Eye Care Associates in 1994. Dr. Bell enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, golfing, water skiing and scrapbooking. She resides in Oakland with her husband Zlatko Necevski and their two daughters, Mikhaila and Madison.

Dr. Bell is available for consultation in all areas of Optometry. Her areas of interest include comprehensive eye exams and contact lens fittings. She is also available for low vision evaluations.
